At Gits and Shiggles, we work hard to get your memes-in-motion to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product drops, processing may take slightly longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once it ships with tracking info included.


2. Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are around 6-9 business days.

Please note: shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We rely on carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL—so once it leaves our hands, it’s up to them (but we’re always happy to help track things down).

4. International Shipping

At this time, Gits and Shiggles does not offer international shipping. We’re currently focused on delivering laughs across the U.S., but we’re working on expanding our reach.

If you’re outside the United States and want our merch in your life, stay tuned—we hope to open up international orders in the near future.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but your package is missing:

  • Double-check your delivery address and around your property

  • Ask neighbors, roommates, or building managers

  • Then email us at support@gitsandshiggles.com so we can look into it

While we can’t control the actions of porch pirates, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If you realize you made a typo, contact us ASAP. Once a package ships, we can’t reroute it or guarantee reshipment if the address was entered incorrectly.


7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some products are made just for you (and your bad sense of humor). If you're ordering a pre-order or print-on-demand item, it may take a few extra days to fulfill. We’ll always make that clear on the product page.
