Exceptions (If We Mess Up)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll absolutely make it right. In these rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at realgitsnshiggles@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it and send a replacement if eligible.
